Return Guidelines
  1. We want you to love your Glair candles. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
  2. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Products must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
  4. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  5. We do not accept returns on:
    Burned candles.
    Custom or personalized items.
    Sale items (unless defective)
    Gift cards.
Return Process
  1. Contact Us

    Your order number
    Reason for the return
    Clear photos/video if the product is damaged

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and our return address.

  3. Pack & Ship
    Securely pack the candle(s) in the original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

  4. Receive Confirmation
    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
